waterproof where concrete meets asphalt

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My asphalt driveway runs right right along the poor quality (sandy) foundation of my house. I want to form a water-tight join or swale overlapping the driveway edge and running a few inches up the wall to keep surface water away from space between wall and driveway edge. What product would be right to form a good bond between the new product and the old concrete foundation ? Also what can I do to prevent the product from separating from the concrete over time ?

Thank You

It seems as if either concrete or asphalt would work. If there is any separation, it could be caulked with an elastomeric caulk commonly available.
