Storm panel track- patch cbs wall

I've got a hurricane shutter where the tracks were installed very poorly, tapcons driven in on an angle so the heads now stick out too far to get the panels in the track without tools and a huge effort. I need to pull the tracks off, patch the screw holes in the CBS wall, then reinstall it properly (likely again with tapcons).

I've been told that I can get some sort of epoxy that will patch the holes strongly enough that I could drill into the same spot and install new tapcons. True? If so, can someone give me a brand of epoxy that would be suitable and readily available?

Thanks for your time.

Tom: I can't think of the name of it, but HD carries it as well as our local hardware store, so it must be fairly readily available. It comes in a double barrelled syringe, and mixes as you press on the plunger. It would allow you to squish it into the hole, rather than just dab it on with a 5 in 1, and it hardens in minutes. I have to pick up more materials tomorrow, and I will get the name of it and repost. I am having to use the 5/8" tapcons you used the other day putting up a handrail system on top of a monolithic concrete wall with a 12 foot drop on the back side. They are nice and quick, too.

Tom: Well duh, I could have guessed and been right, but it is LocTite metal and concrete syringe by Henkel. It sets in 4-6 minutes and is good for block, stucco, metal and is water resistant and heat resistant to 300 degreesF.
I forgot I had the HD program on my computer, so I looked it up. SKU 120650, in case you need it.
Good Luck

thanks Larry! Sounds like just the thing! I'll probably be pulling the tracks this weekend, in between porch and deck projects of course
