Smile rotted floor beams on a slab house

I have a home to cheap being offered to me for sale to pass up but it has serious issues with the floor. One side of the house is leaning to the side due to some rotted beams with what looks like years of water damage and or termite damage. My question os what do you think the cost would be to repair the floors. The house looks like its built over the ground( not a concrete slab) The house s approx. 800 sqft. Also can that side of the house be jacked up to were concrete blocks can be placed there. Any suggestions would be helpful.

For structural matters such as this, engaging the services of an engineer to evaluate the true nature and extent of the problem will allow you to get bids on the work or at least fully understand what deficiencies exist and need repair.
