Slick driveway

I have a paved driveway that is slick as ell $hit when it is wet! I have not put any sealer on it in two years hoping that this would help. I can use the sealer with sand but that is not fixing the problem and I will have to do it every year. Is this the only way? Can I etch it with acid? Thanks for help in advance!

You shouldn't seal your driveway every year. Thats what causes them to get so slick. A lot of companies tell you to squeegee the product on. Thats fine to spread it, but I always use to brush to texture it. I used Pro-gel last year and it claims its good for 6 years.

I use a brush to work it in the cracks!
