Fascia problem

Fascia problem
I'm new to forums so please bear with me. The electrical wires coming into my house have pulled the fascia away from the house. My question is: who is responsible for fixing this - the electric company or me?

You should check with your power company but more then likely you are responsible. If you have wires that are pulling loose you should have it taken care of quickly. Voltage of that magnitude could easily start a fire.
