Stair treads for existing exterior concrete stairs

I have a set of exterior basement stairs that are concrete and I wanted to add some non slip treads. Can anyone make any recommendations as to how to go about this. I tried doing a web search for such products but can't seem to find any. My problem is that the stairs are on a shaded north side of the house so they never really dry out completely and therefore are slippery.

Coat them with epoxy, and before it hardens, apply a layer of sand. Don't forget to clean them throughly before applying the epoxy.
