Exclamation Help - Mail Box blew over

Hi guys,

I live in Southern California and last night the heavy winds actually blew over my mail box, post and all. It was anchored in the front sidewalk. Now, I'm not that handy so this is not really a dyi question but who should I call to install a new mail box post and all?

Please respond - I need to get my mail!

Thanks!

"I'm not that handy." Perhaps you can call a handyman!

You may be more gifted than you know. Please share how the mailbox post was anchored to the driveway. The pros in this forum will be happy to walk you through the steps to get your mailbox up before the mail arrives on Monday so you can get those bills you can't wait to receive.

Due to icy rain/sleet last week, my mailbox has blown over as well. Mine is the one over an extending arm. On observation I see that one of the wood in the extending arm has rotted and is split into 2.

What are my choices? The post looks OK though it now has rusty nails where the extending arm was attached.

HELP!!
