Painting or staining concrete foundation???

My basement is poured and looks like bricks. Can I stain it to look like red bricks?
What would I use?

Yes it can be stained. Is it the interior or the exterior side?

The exterior is easier - no moisture issues [from behind] to be concerned with. Use most any exterior latex stain. You might want to do a litte faux painting [maybe with a rag] to give it a more realistic brick look. You can also paint any color to make it look like painted brick - latex primer top coated with latex house paint.
