When and how should I seal my new concrete patio? Some say 72 hours others say 30 Days and when is it safe to put furniture and use my patio?

Many recommend 28 days for concrete to cure. Read the label on the sealer to see what the manufacturer recommends for new concrete.

Actually, it is best to apply a sealer immediatly after you finish trowling it. Use a cheap water based sodium silicate cure and seal, then a month or so later, you can clean it and reseal it with a high quality sealer of whatever type finish you want.
