removing concrete window sill
What is the easiest way to remove a concrete window sill? Its on a concrete block house with a stucco finish. The sill is solid and id like to remove it or shave it down some and add a 7" wide 3/4" thick stucco boarder around the windows. Will it be good old chissel or is there an easier way?

Your best bet is to design around it, since you can open up all kinds of other issues by removing it. Window sills are functional details, not decorative (though they can be both).
