Can you tile over Brick Pavers?
The brick pavers on my front porch are "spalling" and I would like to know if it is good practice to tile over the brick? I have plenty of space for the added height of the tile to my threshold. Thank you.

brick pavers are typically just laid in place with sand/dry morter to keep them from moving. While this is fine for pavers - it does not provide a stable surface for a tile application.
Pull up a few bricks and see if you have any sort of substrate (ie concrete walkway/patio) underneath that would provide a proper base for your proposed project.
