Question Dug out concrete deck pilings - now what?

The previous owner of my house had an above-ground pool with some kind of deck. Either they had HUGE amounts of people on this deck or they were firm believers in overkill engineering. In a 12' x 13' area, there are 15 pilings that are about 16" deep. The posts are cut off about 2" above the pilings, which are at ground level. So far we've dug out 8 of them and plan to remove the rest this week. (I think my neighbors are beginning to check the local missing person reports - LOL!)

How does one dispose of the concrete? It seems like the only logical solution is to get a rolloff dumpster?

I know here in cincinnati there are at least a couple facilities that recycle concrete and pay you for it. If that is not available to you, *********************

DIY Grrl,

You would want to call your city or county landfill for instructions about how to dispose of concrete.
