Buying a new house, possible foundation problem

I am looking at buying a new house that I think might have a foundation problem. The outside looks great, but in the bedrooms there is a large crack in the upper part of the wall and the floor in the living room appears to be slighty slanted to the side. I am not too knowledgable about leveling, but how would I know what needs to be done before jumping into this. I know leveling is going to be pretty pricey, my grandmother's house cost 12000. It wouldnt really be worth it if I had to relevel

Walk away, there are plenty of others on the market. Unless this one is substantially reduced because of the defects then pass it up. What did the disclosure form say? Is this a brand new home or just new to you?

You know more about leveling than you think. You knew enough to ask what's happening and that's plenty. Do exactly what dhamblet said, walk away.
