Adding an extension to my house

Hi,
Im looking at adding an extension to my house by basically digging a new part to the existing basement , pouring a foundation in that new part and building a room on top of it.

The room would be a simple box, 20x15feet and the basement needs a 7 feet clearing .

I know it's a broad question, but how much would pouring that foundation set me back in terms of cost?

Any ideas/comments?

cheers.

hard to say because depending on local permit costs.. and location of your incomming water line or maybe power line. Also your location of your perimiter drains and if they have to be re done to update to the new size. Im not good with actual costs but if the foundation is poured and set and you are goin to build the rest I would guess 5k for the foundation and extra for the others if needed.. but dont quote my price.. also Im in canada so might be a bit different
