I had a new concrete patio put in yesterday, and the workers left cement spashes on my white vinyl fence. I can't walk on the new cement yet, so how do I clean the fence when I can get to it? The patio goes right up to the fence.

Who told you you can't walk on it a day later? It would certainly be set up enough for foot traffic by now. However, make them clean it up. It's part of their job. Hopefully you still have some of their money.

Wear gloves, Use muriatic acid, a little at a time on a rag. Don't breathe vapor!!!!!! Keep the water hose handy,; cover patio with plastic. And don't spill or drip any acid on your patio. It should come off easy, if it's not thick splatter. Remember, Wipe with a rag, not dripping. It will etch your patio. Water hose runnin', in case you spill some , rinse immediatly. It will discolor your patio. TLC and you'll be alright!
