why is my new concrete so dirty looking?
Poured monday. My spa pad that was poured 5 years ago doesnt look like this even (note last pic). Did they mix/do something wrong? This was even the same truck that did it before. 
they are coming today to remove the forms and i'm not really sure what can be done but it's not really what i expected

you were correct...it's looking better day by day now if we just would get 3 days no rain they could come back and finish my job
