Concrete patio

Hello everyone, We are entertaining the idea of a concrete patio with an estimated size of 300-400 sq ft. Is there an estimate on cost per sq ft? I have called two contractors and no returned calls. Thanks

Between $2500 and $4000 depending on your location, demands and accessibility.

The big factor could be the accessibility and ease ot getting the concrete to the area. In many locations, a DIY interlocking paver patio will be cheaper because of the lack of a time schedule (or flexible timing) and the free labor.

I had a friend put in a 10x22 exposed aggregate poured patio put in about 3 years ago for $2200 ($10.00/sf), but that could have preferential pricing since he built the masonry portion of my summer masonry home (brick and block - no wood) about 20 years earlier.

For a small job that size, the site conditions are more important than the materials and some of the excess labor required.
