securing wall caps

I just built a landscape wall in front of the house and I would like to secure the wall caps to the wall even though everyone is tell me not to bother. My question is should I use concrete, if so which type would be best, or is there a concrete adhesive that can be used?

Depending on how the other part of the wall is built...

They make specific construction adhesive for landscaping block caps. Several different brands. Any home center or full service hardware store.

securing wall caps

If you have the common segmental retaining wall units, look at the web site for that product. They know from experience how it sgould be attached,

Commonly, a rigid construction adhesive is not recommended. Commonly a few thicks dabs of a silicone are preferred since it allowes for the movement. For a segmental wall, concrete or something rigis would be the worst thing to use.

Thanks for the info! I was ready to cement the caps in place. I'm Glad I asked first.
