dry time for quickrete mortar mix

Need to do some repairs on my brick walkway, and can't seem to find any info on the dry time for quickrete mortar mix. Reason I ask is that the area that I am fixing gets hit with the sprinklers, so I don't want to get it wet before it is set.

Thanks!
Matt

A lot depends on temp, humidity, etc. When used for a block wall or similar its pretty solidly cured in just a few hours...ground contact maybe longer.

Turn the sprinklers off for 1 day and you should be more than fine.

No expert, just what I've found to be true for my few small projects.

As long as it has set enough that it won't wash away, it won't hurt it to get wet (it will help it, in fact).
