Talking "grouting" between slabs

my patio has these lots of 3 ft square concrete slabs that were trimmed with redwood. The wood has now rotted and we cleared out the spaces. Now there is a space and I do not want to put wood back in there.

Can I pour colored concrete or in the spaces or is there other options I can use to make it look nice.

Thank you so much!

If you do decide to pour a "grout" in the space, dress it up by using an edger tool which will smooth out the concrete and give it a finished rounded look .
