Remove concrete splatter on painted alumminum gutters

How can I safely remove concrete splatter from my painted alumminum gutters and facia witout harming the surface. Please help!

If the spatter is relatively fresh a strong steam of water will remove most of the spatter. If it's old, you're left with knocking off the biggest chunks and repainting. Other than a chemical attack with very strong acids or abrasion there are no real "undo buttons" for cement based products.

2000 is right on the money. Once concrete has dried, it is almost impossible to remove. Certainly, there will be damage. That's one reason the cement trucks carry their own water tanks. The guys that deliver must wash the chutes off as soon as they are done. If they wait until the end of the day, or even a few hours, the chutes are caked forever with the cement.
