exterior stucco painting and rain followed :-(
Please need help. Painted exterior of our stucco home. Unfortunately, 6 to 8 hrs. later it rained slightly. Now have these streaks

While latex paints will dry to the touch in a short period of time, it takes longer for them to cure. The rain softened up the paint damaging it's appearance. Another coat of paint is the fix, you can thin it a little if you want.
The pic of the wall with the windows shows surfacant leeching but it's still caused by the moisture, fix is still the same.
