Sidewalk slope

I want to pour a small walkway that will be 20' long by 3' wide. My problem is that the ground slopes about 36" over that distance. I would like to have only two 6" steps with the walk divided into 2 eight foot section and one four foot landing.

If I did the math right that leaves a slope of just over 1 1/4" per ft. Is that too steep for poured concrete?

That's pretty steep. Why not put a couple more steps in?

I would like to minimize steps for appearance reasons. I probably should have worded my question a bit differently. Is there a maximum slope for poured concrete sidewalks? If I can figure that out I can determine the minimum number of steps I can get away with.

I would stay within ADA guidelines .... 1inch per foot.
