ugly patio slab

hello gents. got a problem.

i am looking to sell my condo.
from years of doing work on my patio, it has stains from paints and stains. they are not real bad, just drips and overspray. but there are many of them. i need a way to make it look better. idk if some kind of cleaner would do it. i am thinking concrete paint/stain . heck, idk.

can ya help a guy out !?!?!!!!

i am looking to get a house, my first one. and i MUST sell my condo first. so making it look great, or at least good, is a must.

THANX

Have you tried a good detergent along with a pressure washer?

A solid concrete stain will hide the paint and stains but the slab still needs to be cleaned [to insure adhesion] and dry before you apply a stain.

hey, thats a good idea. didn't think of that.

painting would be a last resort. i am also thinking of getting an outdoor rug. but both of these are kinda cheezy.

Detergent is the solution

Go for the detergent,it should do the job.
And good luck with your house.

A power washer should do the trick but be sure to rent a strong one and ask them which nozzle would be the best for your situation.
