Concrete Countertop Curve Shape - How to?

So what material is best for creating a curve in the mold for a concrete bar countertop? I've heard of using black landscape material and bonding it to the melamine w/ silicone? But I would think there is a better way?

Thanks!

What is black landscape material?

How tight is this radius that you need to make?

I would try PVC trim to do it. Make a wood template of the radius you want, heat the PVC up and bend it that way. Depends on how tight you need to go though. Or you could just cut the radius out of a solid piece and use that.

Sorry for the lack of details:

Black lanscape material = the flexible edging

So Saturday I moved forward and shaped a form for the countertop w/ black flexible landscape edging. See pics below, I used additional rebar not shown in the pictures.

My next question is how long should I wait to acid stain? I have heard anywhere between 14-28 days. I understand the concrete has to cure but can anyone comment via personal experience? Thanks!
