Move window in CBS home

I want to move the window about a foot to the right. My question is when I cut the wall am I going to have to pour a concrete header? There is probably going to be a header (Lintel???? I think thats what its called) in place already, but if I cut past the end of it am I causeing a structural issue? The top of the wall should be a solid pour around the entire house and (Lintels?????) above all the doors and windows.

There will be a lintel, and as you suspect it will end shortly longer than the present window is wide. Not enough to move it a foot. Is this a monolithic pour or concrete block wall from the ground up or just on top of the windows?

Concrete block and I believe the top foot of the wall is a solid pour.

The top block [8"] might be lintel block with rebar but I'm pretty sure you'd still need a separate lintel above the opening, longer than the window is wide.
