help got savannah ivory brick mortar turning bluish!!

I'm a flooring installer by trade. I recently did a job involving the installation of old mobile brick. The moratr was mixed properly per the directions of the bag and a licence brick mason. But for some reason there are areas that are turning a bluish color. I was thinkin that maybe I accidently may have mixed the mortar wrong. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Probably, the only thing you can do is cut out those spots with an angle grinder & mix new mortar. Use the same brand.
