clean oil spots off of asphalt driveway?

Is there any product that's any better than another at removing oil spots off of my sealed asphalt driveway? Don't know which visitor left me this gift, but I hate oil eating into my driveway. I was at the orange bigbox store today & saw that they have a bottle of solution that you hook your hose to & spray this stuff on the spots & they (allegedly) disappear. (first you're supposed to pressure wash it, which I have & it didn't make a difference)
Then step #2: you buy & use their oil spot primer (it's an an acrylic bonder) to prepare your driveway to be sealed...except I just sealed it last summer so it doesn't need it again now.
I'm hesitant to buy/ use this liquid spray that you attach to your hose. Anyone have a better route to take?
Thanks.

Since asphalt is basically gravel and tar (an oil based product) I can't imagine anything working very well without damaging the asphalt itself.

I've used the citrus based OSR from several places...but only on concrete which I think is more porous.

I wouldn't think the oil would eat into your driveway once it is no longer in a liquid state. You could use the primer and touch it up with the sealer but I doubt the color will be the same..... but maybe not look as bad as the oil stain.
