Question Possibility of resurfacing paver stones

I have a patio that is laid with concrete paver stones. It appears that the nice solid gray surface of the pavers is wearing down, which is giving way to a 'speckled' look on the surface (where you can see the bits of other colored rocks used to make the concrete).

Is there a way to resurface, stain, etc. the surface of the patio to cover up the ugly concrete look that is giving way?

(Does this happen with all pavers, or are these cheapo ones?)

Thanks.

Do a Google search for a product called "Newlook". It may be what you're after.

I had some success with Sherwin Williams HC Concrete Stain. It lasted about 3 years before I had to do it over.
