Tires onto Concrete Blocks

Hi, Im trying to find a way to attach tires to a 4 high wall made out of concrete blocks. The tires are so that I can back a truck up against the back of the wall without damaging the wall or the truck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Where in Costa Rica?

Is the block wall already built or something you are about to do? Is burying something in the block wall an option or does this have to be a retrofit?

Im in Uruca which is just outside San Jose.

I already built the wall, the tires were an afterthought. I would prefer a retrofit if at all possible.

Do you have access to a hammer or masonry drill? Drill a hole into the wall and drill a hole through the tire. Insert an anchor bolt with a washer through the tire and bolt it to the wall. Can you also anchor down into the floor for extra support?
