Internal & External cracks in walls of Detached Bungalow

Hi guys, so I've been looking at purchasing a detached bungalow and I noticed the following 2 cracks when viewing it, one internal and one external (both on completely seperate walls):

I was just wondering if you guys thought either was any cause for concern, what the most likely causes are and what I would need to do to resolve them (and a rought cost if possible!). Thanks very much for your time

Welcome to the forums!

It might just be from normal settlement but it should be inspected further to make sure. Seems kind of odd that someone would put a house on the market without repairing the crack in the plaster.

Hi, thanks for the reply

The property was sold by a company so maybe that's why they didn't fix it.
