silcock in brick wall

hello i recently installed a new silcock outside the front of my house the problem im having is the hole is too big to secure the silcock to the wall. what can i do?

I'd probably get a couple sticks of JB Waterweld epoxy, mix them up and shove them around the spigot, bracing it flush with the wall as needed until the epoxy sets up. Once it sets you should be able to drill and screw your new flange to it.
