Stone Block Basement Repair

Hello,
I have a older home built in 1925 with a Stone Block foundation. The basement is generally dry and I never have standing water in it even after a hard rain. However I do have some mold on many areas of the walls that I would like to remove.

The interior walls look to be coated with a layer of concrete as well as several layers of paint. The patchwork is flaking off in many areas with the paint. I started the cleanup by removing the mold with bleech, wire brush, and a power washer. I also had to scrape away some of the loose patchwork as it was flaking off in many places.

Now that I have the walls pretty well cleaned up, I am unsure if I should even attempt to patch up the areas that have flaked off. I might just try to patch some of the deeper holes, then put on a fresh coat of drylock. Any thoughts on this and what I should use for patchwork?

I am now running a dehumidfer so hopefully that will help take care of the mold problem going forward.
