How can I stop an existing retainer wall from leaking/eroding?

I have a retainer wall made out of 6x6 pressure treated ties.

When I built it many years ago I stapled a waterproof roofing material on the side where the dirt would be filled in to prevent this exact problem from occurring.

It is now leaking/eroding water & dirt between the ties onto the cement patio. Is there some way to seal it, e.g. caulk, "without" digging out all the dirt on the dirt side? Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forums

Unfortunately, the answer to your question is no - this needs to be fixed on the back side of the wall, not the front side.
