Foundation wall leak

Hi,

The top of my foundation wall is getting water through it. The brick is sitting on top of the foundation wall and is sitting out further than the foundation wall. The concrete slab is pitched toward this area so I get a lot of water in my basement when it rains hard. Should I use a good urethane caulk or hydraulic cement to seal the crack between the brick and the top of the foundation wall?

The hole with the flap up also has a large gap that is too big for caulk. What should I use to fill that in?

Thanks,

Doug

Hydraulic cement is a good bet but you have to be fast. It sets in a few minutes. So just mix what you can handle.
