Place a piece of plywood under it and dump it all on the plywood at the end of the run and shovel it into the wheelbarrow. or put the mixer on a crib stand of sorts, safely, so you can gain clearance.

I also have a small mixer and I always use a 5 gallon bucket to pour the mortar/concrete into, I've never thought it was a big deal - sure beats the old days of mixing it by hand in the wheelbarrow

I lengthened the legs on mine so the wheelbarrow can get underneath. And, since I had the welder out I added a couple steel hooks on top so a front end loader can just drive up to it and catch the hooks with the bucket to pick it up and move it around.

I rest the wheelbarrow legs on railway tie and keep mixer on. If using bucket, I sit it on cinder block.

For sporadic mixing jobs, I guess filling buckets with concrete you've just dumped on a piece of plywood can be justified. I would never do it, however, especially since having used my mixer to pour literally hundreds of batches of sidewalks, footings and small patios. It just doesn't make sense to have to lift all that material again, after you lifted it once to get it into the mixer.

As others have said, either raise the mixer by mounting it on RR ties or timbers, or permanently modify the legs to provide adequate clearance.
