I have Chatanooga Stone around my pool. The expansion joints around the pool have all rotted out. Unfortunately there is a 2 inch span. I have looked at some of the foam products, but they would look really bad. The angles are bad, so I really don't want to have to replace with wood. Is there a better option.

Between deck & coping: foam backer rod topped with 3/8-1/2" of "pool poly" (an "elastomeric caulk" for use with pool chemicals). Deck-o-Seal is one brand name. Deck: same as above or if some distance from splashing similar caulks are used between concrete tilt up panels.

If your swimming pool supply doesn't carry large diameter backing rod either layer smaller diameters, try a masonry supplier, or search for it under "concrete tilt up" then backer rod. The caulks and backing rod are not common home center or building supply items.
