Trying to find matching faux fieldstone

I recently purchased a home with a faux fieldstone over the chimney but the top section has started coming off. I have looked at my local lowes and Home Depot to try and find something similar with no luck. Does anyone know of a similar replacement? It is roughly an inch thick and ranged in size from about 6 inches to almost 2 feet. Any help appreciated!

Looks like something Natural Stone makes...and it looks like they've been sealed (looks glossy). If you are in a relatively normal sized city there is always a shop (not your local Lowes/Home Depot) that specializes in faux panels/veneers. In my city (in London, Canada) we have 4 such shops. I know at least 2 of those 4 have a stone that look like your pix. Try hunting your yellowpages (online) and see what turns up for Construction Materials/Building Supplies. There's always one in most cities because people need to construct homes with chimneys ;P

From the pictures it appears to be a common faux stone found locally at most any rock outlet. You may never totally "match" it, but color rendition and texture seems to be fairly standard. You may not find it at box stores, but look at stone outlets.
