porch repair or ideas

What can be done to repair this porch? Im worried about it structurally in the future but its just an eye sore. For some reason the previous owners took out a bunch of concrete and this happened. There is about a foot gap between the porch and where the driveway starts.

Can i just mix some concrete and form it into the holes? Any ideas to make it look better or to fix it would be appreciated!

Well money is kinda an issue we spent it all on the down payment. It would cost a lot to repore the whole portch. Also it varies from 1.5 ft on one side to about 1ft on the other

Bump. Can i just fill the void with a foam and use mortar to close the holes? I have leveled all/chiped away all old oozing concrete so its flush.

You need a finish that looks consistant across the whole porch. You could build a planter box that runs the whole porch except where you would step up to use the porch. The jagged line will make it a challenger to tuck a board underneath to dress it up.
