old porous ugly weathered concrete porch

my concrete porch and stairs are old, porous, and weathered. can somebody recommend a good product like a paint/filler/sealer that I can use to pretty it up?

they might be a good candidate for a cementitious overlay,,, suggest cts' cement-all from the masonry section in your orange apron store,,, its white but you can color it w/sher-wms wtr-bas'd pigments as always, proper prep is priceless - this includes acid etching & neutralizing prior to the overlay

The extent of the porch's deterioration is the key element in determining if it's worth trying to "preserve" with any surfacing product. Meaning if it's shot, nothing will help to bring it back to life.

"Remove and replace" is the logical solution for such a scenario.
