I know what you are referring to, but it wasn't in your link that I could find. My only concern is the water is going somewhere. It may not stay on the surface, so it must be going through it where it can obviously undermine the ground under it and cause washouts. Skeptical at best.

I've been on two large commercial jobs where that concrete was used. It did not work as expected. It was ripped out of both locations and a retention basin was built.

It supposedly is allowed to be used in parking lots where the parking lot has exceeded permeable coverage. It must be a specially installed product. The reviews appear to be awesome but I have my doubts.
