Conctete floor surface repair
One of the rooms in this building I have purchased has an uncoated original concrete floor that is in need of some repair to the surface. Some areas perhaps 8" in size X 3/16" deep need to be filled in and leveled with the rest of the floor. Appears the carpet got wet and kept the dampness there long enough to crumble the top most layer.
There are also a few raised spots that are a bit rough that need to be sanded or ground down and made level.
When done I plan to use this Allflor epoxy product to complete the job.
Is there a premade product you can recommend to do the patch work or is it best to mix something on my own and if so what is the formula you recommend?
BTW: any comments good or bad on using Allflor?

i like cement-all for this as you can buy it at the apron store,,, just follow directions,,, key to any conc repair is proper prep but you know that ( or should ! )
where'd you find ' allflor ' ? just because i never heard of it is not an indication its not a decent material HOWEVER if it were a pro mtl, i'd probably know of it
good luck !
