Attaching to a plaster/concrete ceiling?

You guys are the best and I appreciate all the help.

Now have a new question. There is a 22' long x 9' wide storage room at my new location with only a single 60watt bulb in the ceiling. I want to install two 4' fluorescent fixtures to make it brighter. That will mean screwing into the ceiling which appears to be plaster or perhaps sprayed concrete... I'm not sure.

What can I use to hold these two fixtures flush with the ceiling?

Suggestions, please.

If it's plaster or drywall, use molly anchors. If it's concrete (not a very common ceiling material, BTW), drilled Tapcons or even lead shield anchors with short lag bolts will work. Just make sure to drill the holes deep enough such that the lags don't bottom out before drawing the fixtures up tight.

Yes...there are anchor bolts, as you describe, specifically for drywall and your application.
