Ideas on fixing a sunken patio? Large concreate slab

You haven't given us much information to work with.
Is this one solid piece of concrete ?
Is it cracking ?
Has it sank evenly ?

As far as I know there are only 2 choices; mud jacking or removal and pouring new concrete.

you actually more than those 2: 1, overlay w/polymer-modified cement; 2, place a concrete bonded overlay; or 3, place an unbonded concrete overlay,,, as to which of the 5, it all depends
