My wife and I are building a new home next year and we really want Brick. What can I expect to pay per square foot for a medium grade brick installed. Also, are there any special foundation issues that need to be addressed before the brick can be laid? ie. We will be getting brick from the foundation up. Does the foundation need to be wider than normal to give the 1st row something to sit on? As you can see, I am totally clueless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
