Footing size to move a house on, help!!!!

Guys or Gals, I'm in the process of moving my house to a more desirable location on our property. It is a small house 34' x 34' and is on concrete piers placed on concrete pads. It was not done very well the first time and has had some settling issues. It currently has no footings poured around the parameter of the home. When we move it we will be building a new pad and elevating 2 foot due to recent floods. I was planning to pour a complete pad under the house but due to funds and the amount of work I will be doing myself have been leaning towards footings around the parameter and one in the middle under the load baring wall. It will placed back on concrete pads with 24" triangle cement piers. The frost line in my area is 3" so non existent. For such a small house what would you guys suggest the depth and width of the footings be?

Contact your local Building Inspections Dept. They will tell you the minimum footing requirements in your area.
