Water pooling on patio near house and leaking in - advice needed!

Hi,

Relatively new homeowner here trying to sort out some issues on our home. Two issues going on here, but they're related:
1) Back patio is not graded properly, the water pools in an area close to the house
2) Water actually leaks into the house (hopefully just as a result of the above issue and nothing more)

It only happens when there is a lot of rain at one time.

I've tried to figure out exactly where the water is entering the home an had no luck. There appear to be some cracks outside that I caulked but did nothing.

I was reading about options to regrade concrete without actually pouring a new slab (mud jacking etc), are these a good option?

I'd hope that would solve the issue of the water coming into the house, though I'd still like to know how to figure out where its coming from and fix that too...

Basically any advice on the situation from people who know about this stuff would be appreciated!

That is usually when water issues present themselves.

Jacking is an option, I had some steps leveled and so far after 4 years all is good. They actually used expanding foam vs cement so it was a simple clean operation,
