I have a tiny leak between the stucco and where the concrete both meet up to another.

I also have the tiniest crack between the expansion joint in the concrete slab on my balcony as well.

I Plan on sealing the balcony/caulking the seams.

I plan on sealing the balcony with Siloxa-Tek 8500

I plan on using Vulcan 116 polyuerthane caulk, it's exterior rated and sticks to concrete and stucco. (not UV resistant)?

Any advice if this is the correct plan or action. Or if you can recommend better products.
Does anyone else have any other ideas as to what I could do besides what I mentioned?

Do i Caulk first, then seal, Or Seal then caulk?
