Concrete repair for porch, driveway, garage

Have a cracking driveway, porch and garage floor. Garage floor, driveway and porch all seem to be cracking at the surface. The cracking and small chunks of cracked concrete are coming free from the surface only parts ranging from about 3 inch to about 6 inch by about 1-2 feet long and maybe 1 inch thick are coming free. Nothing completely through the entire structure, itís seems to by simply surface. Iíd like to repair these cracks and resurface the top. As itís mainly the garage and the areas around where the tires would be, I suspect just moisture, salt and freezing of these may be causing the issues. Thinking about just removing damages areas and free pieces, bringing out remaining areas, power washing with a strong cleaning and filling back in with Quikcrete. Sealing the cracks and topping with an expiry sealer to prevent further damage. Any feed back?

Concrete is not really repairable, you can do everything you mentioned but eventually the damage areas will come back, the only real way to fix is to replace!
