Retaining Wall not level

I just built a 4 1/2 foot retaining wall using hallow core liberty stone and when having final grading and backfill done a 15 section of a 75 wall got pushed out of level front to back by 3/4 of an inch at the center of deformation and tapers back to level on both sides. Wall has about 2 of drainage stonedrain pipe at footing and 2 layers of 4 bi directional geo grid. Wall still has 1 1/2 in of batter at worst point. Is wall in danger of failure?

I believe the term is flush,

3/4" over 75', doubt it can even be seen!

What happened to the geogrid in the leaning area? Are both levels of grid still attached to the wall?
